General Wellness Coaching: Personalized Support for Your Everyday Health
You do not need a cancer or diabetes diagnosis to benefit from personal wellness support. At Bridgett Renee Health, our General Wellness coaching is for people who want to understand their health more clearly, feel supported, and build practical habits that help them feel and function better.
Our nutrition and lifestyle support begins with listening to your concerns and understanding your everyday routines. Through healthy habits coaching, we help you explore food choices, sleep, activity, stress, and dietary supplement questions. Our coaching complements care from your physician or specialist. Together, we help you identify manageable changes and prepare informed questions for your healthcare team.
Start with a free 20-minute consultation. Choose a one-hour consultation for $99 or a two-hour consultation for $149 for a more detailed conversation. All paid services include lifetime email follow-up support for questions related to your coaching.

- Hormonal health for men and women: Coaching around nutrition, sleep, stress, and daily routines while your physician evaluates symptoms, hormone levels, and treatment needs.
- Stress, fatigue, and adrenal health questions: Support for rest, recovery, and sustainable habits, alongside medical evaluation of persistent fatigue or suspected adrenal conditions.
- Living with an autoimmune condition: Practical support for everyday routines, food choices, and questions about supplements while you continue care with your physician or specialist.
- Vitamin and mineral concerns: Education about food sources and supplementation when a deficiency or need has been identified by your healthcare professional.
- Pain, inflammation, and everyday comfort: Exploration of supportive nutrition, sleep, stress management, and appropriate movement, with any complementary approaches reviewed by your healthcare team.
- General health optimization: Help bringing your goals, habits, and follow-through into a realistic plan that fits your life.
A Whole-Person Approach to Balance
Our goal is to support your body’s normal regulation and overall well-being—the idea often described as homeostasis. We look at how your eating patterns, rest, activity, stress, and health concerns fit together, rather than focusing on an isolated symptom.
We help you turn broad wellness goals into practical steps you can follow consistently. Homeostasis is an ongoing biological process, not a promised result of coaching or a supplement regimen. Your progress depends on your individual circumstances and medical needs.
Detailed Dietary Supplement Education
Dietary supplement questions deserve more than a quick product recommendation. We provide detailed educational support to help you understand ingredients, the evidence behind them, their limitations, product quality, and questions to ask your physician or pharmacist about suitability, interactions, and monitoring.
Where appropriate, we help you explore food-based strategies and supplement options to discuss with your healthcare team. We do not assume that more supplements mean better health. Natural products can cause side effects or interact with medicines, and supplements do not replace prescribed treatment or medically supervised correction of a deficiency.
Support Alongside Your Physician
Your physician or specialist remains responsible for diagnosis, laboratory testing, treatment, and medication decisions. Our role is to provide education, encouragement, and practical follow-through between medical appointments. We can help you organize your concerns, track your routines, and prepare useful questions so you can take a more informed role in your care.
We do not ask you to choose between holistic wellness and medical care. Our approach respects both your preferences and your healthcare team’s recommendations. Any changes to medicines, hormone therapy, or treatment for autoimmune or adrenal conditions belong with your prescribing clinician.
What to Expect From Your Consultation
We begin with your intake information, concerns, current routines, and personal goals. During your consultation, we discuss priorities, explore practical lifestyle options, and identify supplement questions that need review with your physician or pharmacist. You leave with clearer next steps and ongoing email support for questions related to your coaching.
After purchasing your chosen session, use the booking link in your paid order confirmation to schedule. Every client who purchases a service receives lifetime email follow-up support related to that service. Additional consultations can be booked when you need more dedicated time.
Important Information
Bridgett Renee Health provides educational wellness coaching, not medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not promise to cure autoimmune disease, correct hormone or adrenal disorders, eliminate pain or inflammation, or guarantee any particular outcome. Persistent or new symptoms require medical evaluation. Suspected adrenal disorders require appropriate testing; “adrenal fatigue” is not a recognized medical diagnosis. Coaching and email support are not emergency care.
