By Maurice Massey, Founder of Bridgett Renee Health | Holistic Wellness Coach

Choosing a wellness coach is about more than the first conversation. It is also about knowing someone will listen, answer your questions, and stay engaged as you put new habits into practice.

At Bridgett Renee Health, we believe communication is part of the service—not an afterthought. Your questions matter. Your concerns deserve attention. And your need for guidance does not end when your first consultation is over.

You Shouldn’t Have to Chase Your Coach

Over the years, people have shared frustrating experiences with us about coaching services elsewhere: an encouraging first conversation followed by unanswered emails, missed text messages, or long waits for a response.

Those experiences do not represent every coach. But they highlight an important concern: when you pay for personal guidance, you want to know how to reach the person providing it.

At Bridgett Renee Health, our approach is straightforward. We make returning messages and following up a priority. We want clients to feel comfortable asking questions rather than wondering whether they are bothering us.

Listening Carefully—and Following Through

Sometimes a client needs clarification about something discussed during a consultation. Sometimes a routine is proving difficult to follow. Sometimes the most helpful next step is simply talking through a concern.

Our commitment is to listen carefully, respond thoughtfully, and help identify the next practical step.

That means taking questions seriously, explaining information in plain language, and checking that our guidance makes sense to the person receiving it. If something needs further discussion—or belongs with your healthcare professional—we aim to make that clear.

Our goal is to help you feel heard, informed, and supported throughout your coaching experience.

Personal Support, With Clear Expectations

Being accessible does not mean promising an immediate reply at every hour. It means treating communication responsibly and making a sincere effort to respond promptly.

Our one-hour and two-hour consultations include lifetime email follow-up support for questions related to your consultation. Text messaging also provides a convenient way to ask about our services, pricing, or what to expect.

Follow-up support is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical appointments. Urgent symptoms and treatment questions should go directly to your qualified healthcare professional.

Clear expectations help us provide attentive support while keeping your safety at the center of the conversation.

Coaching That Respects Your Goals and Preferences

People come to Bridgett Renee Health with different priorities.

Some want help building wellness habits alongside conventional medical care. Others are especially interested in holistic approaches to everyday well-being, including nutrition, routines, and lifestyle choices.

We listen to those preferences without assuming everyone needs the same approach. Our coaching focuses on education, encouragement, and practical steps that fit your circumstances.

If you prefer a holistic approach, we can discuss that interest while encouraging coordination with your healthcare team. Coaching does not replace necessary medical treatment, and decisions about medication or treatment changes belong with your qualified healthcare professional.

Respecting your choices also means being honest about the boundaries of our services.

Your Progress Matters Beyond the First Appointment

A useful conversation can give you direction. Ongoing support can help you work through the questions that come afterward.

We want to understand what feels manageable, what needs clarification, and where you may need additional encouragement. Rather than leaving you with information and expecting you to figure everything out alone, we aim to help you translate that conversation into realistic next steps.

Our purpose is to support your wellness goals—not to promise a particular medical outcome. We bring personal attention, thoughtful communication, and a commitment to helping you move forward with greater understanding.
